Teknopark A.Ş. is the first degree responsible juridical body in realising the vision and goals of METU-Technopolis. In the framework of the Regulation No.4691, regarding Technology Development Regions, the management company of METU-Technopolis,Teknopark A.Ş. was founded in 1991.The METU Development Foundation, Ankara Chamber of Commerce, Privatization Administration, EBİ A.Ş. , Ortadoğu Yazılım A.Ş. are the charter members.
The management company of METU-Technopolis is responsible for the application of the strategies and programs specified by the Executive Board . Teknopark A.Ş. fulfills these duties and responsibilities through the Board of Directors and its executive officers. The specification of short term policies in accordance with the vision and goals of METU-Technopolis shall be specified by the Board of Directors.
