Purpose
Article 1- Purpose of this regulation is to arrange the rules and principles of the Legislation of Technology Development Zones (Code No. 4691)
Content
Article 2- This regulation covers the matters regarding the works of the Evaluation Commission, the selection of Region, the criteria of preparation of feasibility reports, the establishment, the operation, the use of land, the activities in the Region and the principles and procedures, the tenancy of appropriation which is in the budget of Ministry for the establishment of Regions and other matters in relation to the enforcement of act.
